Air New Zealand, Jet Star and Virgin Australia operate daily flights to Queenstown from Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Trans-Tasman flights from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are also available.
· Independent airport transfers are available
· Average taxi fare (one way) is $68.00.
· By arrangement, at a cost of $60.00 one way we can meet you at the airport.
By Car
To make the most of your visit, we highly recommend hiring a rental car as we live on a private road with no public transport. it i a 10 minute car journey to town but a much longer walk, approx 2 hours). During winter stays with us, you will need an All Road vehicle and to carry chains. We are 17 kilometres from Queenstown Airport, 20-25 minutes depending on traffic.

· Make your way towards Queenstown from the airport. You will enter Queenstown on Stanley Street.
· Drive straight through the first set of lights at the bottom of the hill and turn left at the second set of lights onto Shotover Street.
· Drive through Queenstown on Shotover Street.
· When you reach a roundabout adjacent to the Lake, take the first exit off the roundabout following the signpost to Glenorchy.
· Continue along this road for 6 kilometers (passing Sunshine Bay on the left) until you reach Moke Lake Road on your right and turn
into Moke Lake Road.
· Continue along Moke Lake Rd until you reach the Alpine Retreat Road sign and turn right into Alpine Retreat Road.
· Continue on Alpine Retreat Rd until you see Summit Lane ahead and stay left on Alpine Retreat Road to where the residential part
of Alpine Retreat Road begins.
· The Alpine Retreat at 137 Alpine Retreat Road is the second house on your left. There is no sign, just the house number 137. Off
road uncovered parking is available in our driveway. Valet parking is available.
